Thank you for shopping with Tribe of Alchemists. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at tjones@tribeofalchemists.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
